Product Description
LINSON®Laminated plywood is composed of phenolic resin impregnated paper on the surface and plywood substrate in the middle.
Surface
The phenolic resin impregnated paper on the surface is compounded on the surface of the plywood by high temperature and high pressure to form a dense protective film. It is flame-retardant, wear-resistant, waterproof, easy to clean and has a certain acid and alkali resistance.
The standard gram weight of impregnated paper is 130g/m2. We can also provide other weight products. The color of impregnated paper is mainly black and red brown.
In addition, the embossed steel plate can be used in the film coating process to form a concave-convex anti-slip texture on the surface of the product.
plywood substrate
There are two choices for the substrate, poplar plywood and birch plywood.
Both substrates use phenolic resin glue as an adhesive, with excellent water resistance and weather resistance (EN314-2.3 grade) and low formaldehyde emission (EN717-1.E1 grade).
