Composite plate
Plywood substrate
The plywood substrate on both sides is a pure
birch plywood. The imported quality birchwood is
used as a raw material, and the entire sheeting
process is used for production. The strength is
higher and the quality is more stable.
The substrate adhesive is a phenolic resin glue
with excellent bonding strength and weather
resistance (EN314, grade 3) and formaldehyde
emission is extremely low (EN717-1, E1 grade).
The surface of the product can be treated as UV
paint, paste HPL, etc. according to customer
requirements.
